DISCUSSION:  During the American Civil War, the Andersonville Camp Commander was prosecuted and hung for his actions, or lack of actions for the well being of the prisoners. Most prison camps were run the same way, both in the South and the North. Should we have prosecuted the other camp commanders as well?
